Achieving better health is a journey and like most journeys it is easier with a map. As a nutritional therapist I work with you to clarify the root causes that are driving your health concerns and map out your route to better health.
How i work
I use a wide range analytical tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances. I focus on nutritional science and the impact of environmental, physiological and emotional stressors that can alter our biological balance and drive disease.
Testing can be helpful and can be arranged should you desire to to so.
I support you by developing a dietary and lifestyle plan that suits you as an individual. I listen to your concerns and take a detailed health assessment during your first appointment. You will receive your initial plan via email within 48 hours. At your follow up appointment, usually four weeks later, we will discuss the findings of my research into what is causing your condition and the factors that continue to drive it. We will then further negotiate how best to move forward and you will receive a further developed plan, again within 48 hours.
As a registered nutritional therapist I do not advocate nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice. Nutritional and lifestyle guidance compliments and supports diagnosed conditions. I am happy to communicate with other health professionals involved in your care and explain any nutritional protocol I have provided should you wish me to do so.
